1 Organic Olive Oil Whole Wheat Tortilla
3 slices (1.5 oz.) turkey, diced or shredded
1 green onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup (1 oz.) Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese
½-1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
Combine all ingredients except tortilla in a bowl.
Stir until everything is evenly combined.
Spread half the turkey mixture on half the tortilla, and then fold the tortilla.
Place quesadilla in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Cook on each side until the filling has melted.
Removed from heat and enjoy!
