Turkey-Cranberry Quesadilla


With only five ingredients, this light and nutritious, quick lunch or dinner idea comes together in just minutes. Perfect for any leftover turkey or cranberry from a holiday meal.

  • 1 Organic Olive Oil Whole Wheat Tortilla

  • 3 slices (1.5 oz.) turkey, diced or shredded

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup (1 oz.) Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese

  • ½-1 tablespoon cranberry sauce


  1. Combine all ingredients except tortilla in a bowl.

  2. Stir until everything is evenly combined. 

  3. Spread half the turkey mixture on half the tortilla, and then fold the tortilla.

  4. Place quesadilla in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Cook on each side until the filling has melted.

  5. Removed from heat and enjoy!
