The combination of grilled veggies and rich, creamy goat cheese will make this flavor-packed sandwich your new favorite. And the best part? It takes less than five minutes to prepare! 

We use Ezekiel bread because it contains sprouted grains & legumes, making it higher in protein & fiber than other breads. Plus, it has zero added sugar! Just be sure to store your bread in the freezer since it doesn’t contain preservatives.

Makes 1 serving.

All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread

  • 1/8 package Misto Alla Griglia (found in the frozen section) *select 1-2 pieces of each vegetable and defrost them in the refrigerator overnight

  • 1 oz. goat cheese

  • 2 slices smoked turkey breast

 

DIRECTIONS:

1) Toast the bread. 

2) Spread the cheese on one slice of bread.

3) Take the defrosted veggies out of the refrigerator.

4) Layer the turkey and then the veggies.

5) Top with the second slice of bread & enjoy!

> If you didn’t defrost the grilled veggies in the refrigerator beforehand, heat them in a skillet before adding to the sandwich.
