Makes 1 serving

All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's


  • 1 packet TJ’s Unsweetened Instant Oatmeal

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract

  • ½ tablespoon cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

  • 1 tablespoon roasted cocoa nibs

  • ½ (6 oz.) container raspberries


  1. Place all ingredients except almonds, cocoa nibs and raspberries in a sauce pan.*

  2. Cook on medium heat 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add an extra splash of water or almond milk if you want a creamier consistency.

  3. When done, pour oatmeal into a bowl and then top with almonds, cocoa nibs & raspberries. Enjoy!

*You can also make this in the microwave.
