HOT COCOA RASPBERRY OATMEAL
Makes 1 serving
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
1 packet TJ’s Unsweetened Instant Oatmeal
½ cup almond milk
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon cacao powder
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 tablespoon roasted cocoa nibs
½ (6 oz.) container raspberries
Place all ingredients except almonds, cocoa nibs and raspberries in a sauce pan.*
Cook on medium heat 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add an extra splash of water or almond milk if you want a creamier consistency.
When done, pour oatmeal into a bowl and then top with almonds, cocoa nibs & raspberries. Enjoy!
*You can also make this in the microwave.
