GREEN PEACH SMOOTHIE
Makes 2 servings
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's
1 cup almond milk
2 handfuls spinach
*For a creamier consistency, freeze the banana in advance.
For extra protein, add:
2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt or
1 tablespoon almond butter or
simply have 24 almonds on the side
To make it sweeter:
add a few pieces of pineapple
Blend all the ingredients & enjoy!
