  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 banana*

  • 1 peach

  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • handful ice

  • Options:

    • *For a creamier consistency, freeze the banana in advance.

    • For extra protein, add:

      • 2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt or

      • 1 tablespoon almond butter or

      • simply have 24 almonds on the side

    • To make it sweeter:

      • add a few pieces of pineapple
