1 pack Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix
1 jar Fire Roasted Red Peppers, drained and diced
1 avocado, diced
½ cup Carrot Ginger Miso Salad Dressing
If making as a main dish, include 6 oz. of your favorite protein: chicken, shrimp, salmon, turkey, edamame, cashews, etc.
