We love discovering Trader Joe’s veggie kits, and we recently found a new favorite! The Brussels Sprouts Sauté Kit includes chopped hazelnuts, shaved Parmesan cheese, and a lemon vinaigrette.
It’s quite flavorful on its own, but we’ve added an extra punch of sweet & sour with baby beets & pomegranate seeds. Not only is it delicious, but this combination is a nutritional powerhouse!
Brussels sprouts & pomegranate seeds are both extremely high in vitamins K & C. Beets are packed with a variety of nutrients, including potassium & iron. All three are high in fiber.
This recipe is simple enough for even a novice cook to prepare in 20 minutes, and delicious enough to impress your friends at your next dinner party!
