Nut Butter, Banana & Pomegranate Quesadilla


This super simple quesadilla recipe can be prepared in just minutes.  With 8 grams of protein, it's perfect for a satisfying, on-the-go morning snack!

  • 1 Organic Olive Oil Whole Wheat Tortilla

  • 1 tablespoon Mixed Nut Butter

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds


  1. Spread the Mixed Nut Butter on half the tortilla. 

  2. Layer the banana slices and pomegranate seeds.

  3. Fold the tortilla. 

  4. Place the quesadilla in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until both sides are crisp. Remove from heat, cut in half and enjoy!

Makes one serving. All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's.
