1 Organic Olive Oil Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 tablespoon Mixed Nut Butter
½ banana, sliced
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Spread the Mixed Nut Butter on half the tortilla.
Layer the banana slices and pomegranate seeds.
Fold the tortilla.
Place the quesadilla in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Cook until both sides are crisp. Remove from heat, cut in half and enjoy!
