This is a perfect recipe for busy days when you're on the go! It takes only minutes to prepare and the next morning you'll have a delicious ready-to-go breakfast waiting for you.

All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's.



  • 1 packet unsweetened instant oatmeal 

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

  • ½ tablespoon vanilla 

  • 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits (frozen)

  • optional: ½ teaspoon maple agave syrup



1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or any container with a resealable lid.

2. Stir well and then seal container.

3. Place in refrigerator overnight (at least six hours).

4. The oats will soften and the mixture will become thick.

5. When ready to eat, if desired, add a splash of almond milk to thin out the consistency.

6. If you prefer it sweeter, add the optional ½ teaspoon of maple agave syrup.
