To help you save time & be efficient in the kitchen, we’ve created this recipe for two servings that you can eat on two separate days. For example, if you make it on Sunday evening, your Monday & Tuesday lunches are set!

All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's.



  • 1 pack Organic Mediterranean Style Salad Kit

  • 6 oz. (12 slices) Trader Joe’s Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped

  • 1 whole wheat pita pocket



1) Pour the salad kit ingredients, including the dressing, into a bowl. (This salad tastes better after marinating in the dressing overnight!)

2) Add the chopped turkey and stir well.

3) Divide the salad in half and store in the fridge in two separate containers. 

4) Each day stuff one portion in ½ pita pocket and eat the remaining salad on the side.

For more flavor: You can add one tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes.
