With these simple party recipes, you can entertain, enjoy yourself AND stay true to your health goals. We're sharing two of our "go-to" appetizer recipes that are so easy to prepare, you just assemble & serve.

Plus two simple, not-too-sweet cocktail recipes for a fun party treat! All ingredients purchased at Trader Joe's. Of course. :)

 

AAY Nutrition Trader Joe's Hummus & Eggplant Dip

Appetizer #1 - Mediterranean Chips & Dip

INGREDIENTS:

● 8 Multigrain Pita Chips

● 2 tablespoons Mediterranean Hummus

● 1 tablespoon Eggplant Spread

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix the hummus and eggplant spread.

*Makes one serving. Multiply as needed.

 

AAY Nutrition Trader Joe's Ak-Mak + Mozzarella + Bruschetta

Appetizer #2 - Caprese Crackers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ak-Mak Crackers

  • 3 Ciliegine Mozzarella Balls

  • 2 tablespoons Bruschetta Sauce, drained

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Slice mozzarella balls in half.

  2. Top each cracker with 3 mozzarella ball halves and 1 tablespoon bruschetta sauce.

*Makes one serving. Multiply as needed.

 

AAY Nutrition Trader Joe's Lemon Elderflower Gin Fizz

Cocktail #1 - Lemon Elderflower Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz. Gin

  • ½ can Lemon Elderflower Soda

  • Handful of ice

  • Optional: Slice of lemon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass.

  2. Garnish with a slice of lemon & enjoy!

*Makes one cocktail.

 

AAY Nutrition Trader Rhubarb-Strawberry Vodka Fizz

Cocktail #2 - Rhubarb-Strawberry Vodka Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz. Vodka

  • ½ can Rhubarb-Strawberry Soda

  • Handful of ice

  • Optional: 1 fresh strawberry, sliced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass.

  2. Garnish with sliced strawberry & enjoy!

*Makes one cocktail.
