Cilantro Lime Chicken

This simple & versatile recipe is perfect for prepping your protein over the weekend. Use the chicken on top of a salad, pair it with brown rice & veggies or make your favorite tacos. The options are endless!


Cilantro Lime Chicken

  • 12 oz. chicken tenders or chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

  • sprinkle of salt

  • ground pepper, to taste


  1. Trim fat off the chicken. To cook faster, cut chicken in half by placing one hand flat on top of the chicken breast & press down lightly. With your other hand slice through the chicken with a sharp knife.

  2. Place all ingredients in a Ziploc bag or large ceramic dish.

  3. Mix well and store in refrigerator 1-2 hours. 

  4. Spray pan or grill and then pre-heat. 

  5. Cook the chicken 6-8 minutes per side, until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.
