This all-in-one tasty treat (or morning snack!) will satisfy your chocolate craving and give you a little boost of energy!
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY ENERGY BALLS
Makes 24 balls, 2 balls per serving.
All ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's.
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
1 cup freeze-dried raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup creamy no salt peanut butter
¼ cup water*
Combine oats & cocoa powder in a food processor & pulse until well-combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
If necessary, scrape the sides and mix again. *Add more water if needed.
Roll out 24 balls and place in a container.
Store in the fridge and enjoy for up to a week.
You can also freeze a portion to enjoy later.
