  • oil spray

  • 1 cube crushed garlic

  • ½ pack edamame (in pod) - thawed & patted dry

  • 4 cucumbers, sliced

  • ¼ teaspoon red chili pepper (if you don’t like spicy food, swap it with Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend)

  • juice of ½ lime

  1. Spray a pan with oil and heat the garlic for one minute on medium high.

  2. Add the edamame, chili lime pepper & lime juice.

  3. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat & let cool.

  5. Combine with cucumbers and toss well.

  6. Optional: Sprinkle additional chili lime pepper on the cucumbers.

TIP: Don’t eat the edamame pod, just the beans inside, which should easily pop out. To get the chili-lime flavor, bring the pod to your mouth and then squeeze or bite to release the beans.
