With a nice balance of sweet & savory, our easy Avocado & Corn Salsa Breakfast Wrap is the perfect start to any morning!

  • ½ Organic Olive Oil Whole Wheat Wrap

  • ¼ medium avocado, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons Corn & Chile Salsa

  • ½ cup egg whites


  1. Spray the pan with oil, pour egg whites into the pan.  

  2. Let eggs set around the edges, and then begin to stir every few seconds, until eggs are cooked. Turn off heat. 

  3. Layer the egg white & the sliced avocados.  

  4. Top with salsa & enjoy!

Makes One Serving. All Ingredients purchased @ Trader Joe's.
