Party Salads

Here are our favorite salads to bring to a party. With these simple, tasty dishes, you'll stay true to your goals while serving healthful food that everyone will enjoy. All ingredients are from Trader Joe’s!

RECIPE #1 - Black Bean & Corn Chile Salad

Makes 8 servings, 1 serving = 1 cup

  • 1 can organic black beans

  • 1 container mixed medley cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup Corn & Chile salsa

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

For a flavor boost, add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, green onions & more balsamic vinegar.

~ Mix the ingredients in your favorite bowl.

RECIPE #2 -  Chopped Vegetable Salad

Makes 5 servings, 1 serving = 1 cup

  • 1 container Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix

  • 1/4 cup Sweet & Spicy Mango Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds

~ Mix the ingredients in your favorite bowl.
