INGREDIENTS

  • 1 carton egg white (250 kcal, 50 g protein)

  • 1 cup of the following:

Soycutash (180 kcal, 10 g protein)

Riced cauliflower (37 kcal, 3 g protein)

Broccoli (35 kcal, 2 g protein)

Shredded carrots (23 kcal, 1 g protein)

Artichoke hearts (33 kcal, 2.6 g protein)

  • 21 seasoning salute to your taste

  • Olive or grapeseed oil (spray)

  • 150 kcal

  • 17 g protein
