Pumpkin Banana Smoothie


'Tis the season for pumpkin! This fall favorite is packed with good-for-your-eyes Vitamin A and feel-full fiber. But, many store-bought pumpkin beverages have far too much sugar and calories that detract from all the positive benefits.

To satisfy your craving, AAY! Nutritionist & Co-Founder, Narina, shares her recipe for a Pumpkin Banana Smoothie that is both healthy & tasty! 

 
 
 

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ banana (frozen)

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • handful spinach

  • 1 date

  • 10 pecan halves

  • ½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

DIRECTIONS

1) Blend all the ingredients until smooth, pour in a glass and enjoy!
